CNC Oil Pipe Lathe for Large Hole Pipe Fitting Qk13271,The introduction and application of the productThe machine is of semi closed loop CNC lathe with X, Z two axis controlled by servo motor directly . Two axis are slippery (hard) rail, with compact and reasonable structure and dimension. Spindle achieves frequency conversion through the gear drive. Through belt and drived by Frequency conversion motor, it can finish clamping one-time of various dishes, plates, shell, cam, mold and other complex parts and process of turning, hook groove, in (outer) hole and the ball, R angle, cambered surface, conical surface, the end surface, Metric unit or English unit single-head screw thread and multi-start thread, so it is suitable for the production of many varieties and large quantities products, and meet the demands of complex and high precision parts processing, especially has an absolute advantage to processing oil field facilities and the pipe hoop.2,The main structure characteristicsThe major basic parts such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle box are all made of HT300 cast iron. The lathe feet is box type structure with symmetric compact and reasonable structure which ensures the basic parts of the high rigidity and bending resistance performance; The inside grid reinforced of lathe bed effectively ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the Z axis strong cutting force. The basic parts are polished by resin sand and aging treatment, and the surface of bed ways treated by supersonic frequency quenching up to 2mm, which ensure machine's long-term stability when working.Mid-supporting plate and lathe bed slide surface are of plastics sticking. They are of fast speed, removing eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise , low temperature rise and so on. Worked with automatic forced lubrication to improve the accuracy of machine tools.The feed of X, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly . It is no gap, and it ensures the accuracy of positioning and synchronization for the lathe.The spindle box is of gear drive which greatly increase the twisting force when cutting.
