£ The X, Y and Z axes lead screw of the machine used advanced medium altitude cooling systems, which control the transformation during the machining process and improve the machining precision. Besides, the machine has the function of temperature compensation. With temperature sensor part and CNC system, this machine can work with high precision.
£ High speed
£ With electricity spindle and two alterable speed grades, the machine can work at both low and high speed. X, Y and Z axes used straight rolling rail with high steel performance. Tools can be changed quickly by cam multiverbal form. The worktable used lift and direct gyration structures.
£ High steel performance
£ The main body of the machine was used resin sand high phosphorus cast. The column, sliding tale and worktable move on the lathe body. The machine shows whole steel performance by the switching worktable and tool storage manipulator equipped on the lathe body. Besides, the machine has rational structure by designed through finite element.
